National Night Out Block Party Last Night

The block party on 8th & Geyer had some of the nicest folks serving up great food from neighborhood restaurants - chicken wings, pulled pork, salads, red beans & rice, you name it. We got to sample free dishes, kids and dogs played in the water to cool off, and neighbors sat outside in their lawn chairs.
